COVID-19 cases rise again in PA after temporary plateau


Many counties in eastern Pennsylvania lead the state in new cases per 100,000 residents, including Pike, Monroe, Wyoming, Carbon, Northampton, Lehigh and Berks. Northampton County was the most populous county in the state that saw a significant spike in cases. On March 18, the seven-day average there was 102 but by Thursday the average was 152, a 49% increase.
