Thunder at Trail Blazers: Odds, betting lines, predictions and picks
Trail Blazers 111, Thunder 104
Money line (ML)
The Trail Blazers (-225) are just a little more expensive than my personal limit for money lines, which is in the -180 neighborhood. Risking more than two times your potential return over the long haul is just not a good strategy. AVOID.
Against the spread (ATS)
The TRAIL BLAZERS -5.5 (-110) are on a 1-3 ATS run across the past four games, but the Thunder aren’t killing it against the number lately, either, cashing in just two of the past six. In addition, OKC just played in Los Angeles against the Clippers Sunday, and the Thunder are 0-5 ATS in the past five when playing on no rest.
UNDER 224.5 (-110) is the best play on the board in this game, perhaps in all of the NBA Monday. Both of these teams just played Sunday, with the Thunder hopping a plane and flying up the coast in the course of less than 24 hours. That’s taxing normally, but during COVID-19 times, it’s even more rough. The Blazers also just played a grueling, one-possession game against the New York Knicks Sunday. Expect plenty of tired legs and ugly shooting performances.
