HARRISBURG, Pa. – Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has declared a statewide disaster emergency.
That means various travel restrictions are in place.
No commercial vehicles are currently allowed on the area’s main arteries, including Interstates 78 and 80, and Routes 22 and 33. Vehicles that are allowed out on highways face speed limit reductions.
PennDOT’s Deputy Secretary for Highway Administration is calling the storm one of the most impactful the state has had in a long time.
