ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – St. Joseph County issued a watch local travel advisory on Monday, urging locals to be aware and cautious on the roads.
During a watch local travel advisory only essential travel, such as to and from work in emergency situations, is recommended and emergency action plans are to implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies, or other organizations.
