HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) – Hastings College men’s basketball got off to a great start against Dordt College. The Broncos went into the locker room leading the Defenders, 44-38.
Dashawn Walker had a solid start which helped them keep pace against the size of Dordt College. Defenders have four guys listed 6′7″ or taller, but a slow second half helped them run away with it winning, 94-79.
The loss drops Hastings College to 5-13 and 1-12 in GPAC play. Next game for the Broncos is Wednesday, Jan. 20 when they travel to Mount Marty University. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.
