Women’s Basketball Announces Schedule Changes

PITTSBURGH – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced several schedule changes for the University of Pittsburgh women’s basketball team on Friday afternoon.
The Pitt at Boston College game on Sunday, Jan. 24 has been postponed due to a positive test, subsequent quarantining, and contact tracing within the Boston College women’s basketball program. The team is adhering to the outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com (full report).
Due to Sunday’s postponement, the Panthers will now travel to Clemson on Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 7:00 pm for a rescheduled game which was originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 10. Tuesday’s game will air on ACC Network Extra.
It was also announced that the Pitt at #2 NC State game on Thursday, Feb. 25 will air on RSN (AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh locally) with the tip time moving to 4:00 pm.
The Panthers are currently 3-4 overall and 1-3 in the ACC after falling at home to Miami Thursday night, 72-68. Pitt will return to action Tuesday night as they take on Clemson at 7:00 pm at the Littlejohn Coliseum.
